Welcome to aceclutch.org (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Platform is owned and operated by MIKHPETECH LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 16774228, with its registered office at 10 Fenchurch Avenue, London, England, EC3M 5BN.

By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USER CONSENT

User Requirements

To use the Platform, you must meet the following conditions:

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

The Platform provides a marketplace environment for digital in-game items (including skins), primarily delivered via Steam trade functionality.

We act solely as an intermediary facilitating transactions between users.

We do not create, modify, or own the virtual items listed.

Items are transferred to users through Steam trade offers after successful purchase.

Payments are processed through licensed third-party providers.

 

The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam, and all references to Steam are used solely to describe item delivery functionality.

 

3. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND SECURITY

Access to the Platform is granted via Steam authentication only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

Breach of these Terms

Suspected fraud

Abusive or unlawful behavior

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, in Euro (EUR), including any applicable taxes or charges disclosed before payment. Prices may be converted from other currencies at the applicable exchange rate applied at the time of purchase by the payment provider.

 

Accepted payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and other options displayed at checkout, may vary depending on your location and availability of third-party payment service providers.

 

An order constitutes an offer to purchase Services and is not binding until accepted by the Company. In the event of a pricing or technical error, the Company may cancel or correct the order prior to acceptance.

 

Payments are processed by independent third-party payment service providers compliant with applicable security standards (including PCI DSS). The Company does not store, process, or retain full payment card details and does not handle payment funds directly.

 

Rights Reserved

 

We may cancel or refuse transactions, correct pricing or system errors, and block or suspend suspicious payments or activity at our discretion. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

All listings, prices, and item availability displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any item until the transaction has been successfully completed and confirmed. In the event of pricing inaccuracies, technical errors, or unavailable items, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to completion.

 

Minimum Order Value

 

A minimum checkout amount of €5 applies to all purchases on the Platform. Orders with a total value below this threshold cannot be completed. We reserve the right to update or modify the minimum order value at any time, with changes applying to future transactions.

 

5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL ITEMS

After payment confirmation:

Items are delivered via Steam trade offer.

Delivery usually occurs within 7 days, but may take up to 14 days in exceptional cases.

If delays occur beyond this timeframe, users may request a full refund.

Limitations

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to:

Incorrect trade links

Steam restrictions

Account limitations on the user’s side

User Responsibilities

You must ensure:

A valid Steam trade URL is provided

Steam Guard/Mobile Authenticator is enabled if required

Your account is eligible for trading

6. SELLING ITEMS AND PAYOUT TERMS

Listings

Items must be categorized correctly and comply with platform requirements.

We reserve the right to reject listings without explanation.

Inventory Responsibility

Items remain under your control until sold.

You must complete the trade promptly after sale.

Fees

A commission of 10% applies to completed sales.

Payouts

Accurate payout information must be provided.

Verification checks may be required before processing.

Payments are processed through authorized providers only.

Processing time: typically 3–7 business days after successful delivery.

Limits:

Minimum payout: €10

Maximum payout: €5,000 These limits may change at any time.

Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or cancelled in cases of:

Failed delivery

Fraud suspicion

Regulatory compliance checks

Users can view payout history within their account.

7. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available once a digital item has been successfully delivered and accepted.

 

By completing a purchase with immediate delivery, you expressly acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal may be waived.

 

Refunds may be granted only in limited circumstances, including where:

 

the item has not been delivered within the stated delivery timeframe; or

the order is cancelled before delivery is completed.

 

All refund requests must be submitted via info@aceclutch.org within 30 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

8. USER CONDUC

You agree not to:

Use third-party or anonymous payout methods

All Platform content (including text, design, and software) is protected by intellectual property laws. Game-related assets remain the property of their respective owners (e.g., Valve Corporation). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of Platform content is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

12. INDEMNIFICATION AND TERMINATION

You agree to compensate us for any losses arising from:

18. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

 

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions.

Access may be suspended or limited due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

 

19. FORCE MAJEURE

 

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, network disruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, cyber incidents, or failures of third-party service providers.

 

20. ASSIGNMENT

 

Users may not assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from the Company. The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at its discretion, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
