Orders are usually processed within 7–14 days. In some cases, the timeframe may vary depending on availability.
If a skin cannot be delivered due to unexpected unavailability, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative option or provide a full refund.
If Steam services are temporarily unavailable, the delivery of your skin may be postponed. Your order will remain active and will be completed as soon as Steam is back online.
Yes. Your inventory must be visible so that we can successfully send you a trade offer.
Steam Account & Security
Absolutely. We authenticate through Steam’s official OpenID system, which means we never see or store your password or any sensitive login information.
If your order is still pending, reach out to our support team as soon as possible. Once processing starts, changes may no longer be possible.
Payments & Refunds
No. We do not save or have access to full card details. All payments are handled securely by certified payment processors.
Yes, as long as the skin hasn’t been delivered or claimed yet, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting our support team.
Item Authenticity
Yes. Every CS2 skin listed on our platform is verified for authenticity and tradability before being published.
Selling Skins
Log in via Steam, choose the items you want to sell, set your asking price, and submit the listing. After approval, your skins will appear in the store.
Listings are typically reviewed within a few hours. Once approved, your skin becomes visible to buyers automatically.
After your item sells and the payment is processed, your funds will be released instantly. Make sure your payout details are filled in under My Account → Payout Details.
A 10% commission applies to all sales.
